DESCRIPTION:This Pop Up Planting will occur on Wednesday 27th November from 10am-12pm. We will be planting a forage garden from which WIRES volunteers will be able to collect forage material for rescued wildlife in their care. Activities will include planting tubestock\, installing small tree guards and mulching. The planting site is located on a section of reserve between the Botanic Gardens carpark and the cemetery. Please wear enclosed shoes\, a hat and bring water. Light refreshments will be served.   \nThis project received funding from WIRES through their annual National Grants Program.
