Coffs Harbour Regional Landcare (CHRL) welcomes the opportunity to participate in the NSW Government’s Landcare Enabling Program Phase 3 Innovation & Partnerships Grant Program during 2026/27, an initiative designed to support innovation, strengthen partnerships, and build long-term sustainability within the Landcare movement.
Through this project, CHRL will develop a Marketing and Communications Framework to increase community awareness of Landcare’s impact, strengthen engagement with volunteers and partners, and improve the visibility of environmental outcomes across the region.
The project will explore innovative approaches to storytelling, stakeholder engagement, volunteer recruitment and digital communications, while creating tools and resources that can be adapted by other Landcare networks across the North Coast. By strengthening communication and collaboration, the project aims to build a more connected, resilient and self-sustaining Landcare network.
This initiative will help ensure that the valuable work undertaken by Landcare volunteers, community groups, Traditional Custodians and partner organisations is more widely recognised, supported and celebrated, creating lasting benefits for both people and the environment.
This Initiative has been supported by the NSW Government though the Landcare Enabling Program Phase 3 Innovations and Partnerships Program and delivered regionally by North Coast Regional Landcare Network.
