CHRL’s Annual General Meeting will be Held Wednesday, September 3rd
Join Us for the Coffs Harbour Landcare AGM and General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is a chance for members to come together, reflect on the achievements of the past year, and help shape the future of Landcare in our region. Hear updates from the team, celebrate milestones, vote for incoming Executive Committee candidates, and contribute your voice to the direction of our organisation. Your participation matters.
We are excited to announce our Guest Speaker, Dr Tobias (Toby) Smith of Coffs Harbour Native Bees. Toby is a native bee researcher, ecologist and educator who works part time as a lecturer at the University of Queensland, and in the other part of his work life runs a small business that conducts bee and pollination workshops for schools and community groups and sells native stingless bee hives (www.beeawarekids.com.au). Toby works in both QLD and NSW, but lives on the Coffs Coast.
Coffs Harbour Landcare is also inviting all members to consider nominating for a position on the Executive Committee — either yourself or someone you believe would make a great contribution.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help guide the direction of our organisation and support the growth of Landcare in our region. Whether you’re a long-time member or newly involved, every voice matters. By joining the Committee, members collaborate with a committed team, gain leadership experience, and make a lasting impact on our local environment.
The Committee is made up of 9 members, meets monthly (and as needed), and is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the organisation.
Know someone who’d be a great fit? Nominate them — or step forward yourself and become a part of the Executive team. Executive Nomination Form 2025

We hope to see you there!
