Coffs Harbour Regional Landcare Incorporated is a not-for-profit membership-based organisation made up of individual Landcarers undertaking voluntary work at Landcare sites, as well as other members with an interest in local NRM and environmental matters. Management of the organisation is through an executive committee of elected volunteer members.
Our elected Executive oversees Coffs Harbour Regional Landcare Incorporated’s direction, finances, governance, and projects and works with a range of stakeholders to secure funding and deliver the organisation’s strategic plan.
Our Executive is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting and meet monthly, providing their skills and experience voluntarily to the organisation.
The current CHRL executive was elected at the Annual General Meeting held on the 7th August 2019.

As a not-for-profit entity incorporated in NSW under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009, Coffs Harbour Regional Landcare Incorporated operates under a Constitution.
Our strategy sets the organisations direction, and is reviewed and updated periodically.
Coffs Harbour Regional Landcare Incorporated use some of its project funding to employ part-time staff to help administer the organisation and manage membership; liaise with stakeholders; coordinate funding applications; deliver projects; develop training; and a wide range of other tasks

Our Public Officer
Larry Langman, the organisation’s Secretary is the designated Public Officer for Coffs Harbour Regional Landcare.
