CHRL is part of a multi-agency extension and education program with farmers to promote best practice landuse for horticultural development.
Completed in 2022, the program has been extended to include further engagement. Landcare will actively engage with landholders and promote best practice workshops and environmental management workshops local to the Coffs Harbour LGA.
Whilst the focus on engagement will be in the Hearnes Lake catchment, farmers from outside this area are welcome and encouraged to attend these events.
Events and workshops will be advertised as they become available.
