This week is National Reconciliation Week. It is a time for all of us to yarn and reflect on our shared histories and cultures and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

This week we reflect on the privilege we all have to walk on Gumbayngirr lands. Where the marlabang meets the gaagal and our country and culture is rich and diverse.

It is a good opportunity to re-read the Uluru Statement from the Heart and really listen to what First Nations peoples are calling for https://ulurustatement.org/faqs

More than words. It is time for action.

Nginundi wajaarr, nganyundi wajaarr. Your country, my country.
