Plant Heroes is a collection of stories from around Australia, showcasing stories from people saving plant species. Some of these people you would expect to find working in conservation, but others might surprise you.  They are scientists, consultants, government officers, farmers, urban developers and community volunteers. All these people have something in common, they use a unique form of conservation, translocation, to save plants. Moving plants, or plant parts from places where they are threatened to places where they will, hopefully, survive and thrive.
