Coffs Harbour Regional Landcare invites young artists to participate in our Art Contest. The theme for our 2021 Capturing our Natural Local Environment Art Competition is “Australian Native Flora & Fauna”. We encourage entrants to create artwork inspired by the beautiful natural local environment of Coffs Harbour and surrounding area. One prize winner of $250.00 will be announced June 23rd, 2021 and a copy of their artwork will be showcased online and at our Coffs Harbour office location.
ARTWORK ENTRIES
Artwork can be an image created using paint or digital art techniques and must relate to the theme of the Competition: Australian Native Flora & Fauna. See Rules and Guidelines – Competition Description for Full Details.
2-D Pieces – Orientation must be landscape for all images. Paintings must be no smaller than 29.7 X 42 cm. Printed versions of digital images must be submitted and accompanied by an electronic file (minimum of 300 DPI and submitted in TIFF and JPEG format).

* Contest is open to youth ages 12 – 18 residing in the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area.
* All entries must relate to the theme of Australian Native Flora & Fauna with a focus on the Coffs Harbour Region.
*An Impact Statement of no more than 300 words is required.
*Entries may use photographs or published images for inspiration, but the submitted entry must be significantly different and the artists own creation.
*Postal Entries must be postmarked by Saturday, May 29th, 2021.
* Winners will be announced June 23rd, 2021.
